Product Designer

We are actively seeking a designer with a wealth of experience in building and creating design systems and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our products and ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our audience.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms.
Create and maintain organized Figma files and libraries to efficient team collaboration and design iteration.
Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to identify and address any inconsistencies or errors in designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Share insights and recommendations with the team on how emerging trends can be incorporated into design solutions

Requirements:

Design System Expertise: Demonstrate a strong background in building and evolving design systems to maintain a cohesive and consistent visual language across various platforms and products.
Figma Mastery: Showcase advanced skills in Figma, using it as a primary tool for design collaboration, prototyping, and version control.
Attention to Detail: Possess an exceptional level of attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and a flawless user experience.
Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams to iterate on design concepts and deliver polished final designs.
Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identity trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges and optimize processes.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and outcomes.
Support the implementation of new initiatives, systems, and processes by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in business analysis or related field is a plus.
